This is the committee that handles review and approval of any and all additions, changes/modifications, new builds, etc. to your lot and/or any structures located on your property. See the CC&Rs for more information on what projects must be submitted to the ARC prior to undertaking any work. Most of these projects will also require City of Scottsdale permits.

Please submit your proposed project on the ARC Submission Form and send this, along with two (2) copies of your plans and the appropriate review fee to the Chairman listed below.
